Gielissen Interiors & Exhibitions announces acquisition of Nuance International.
Gielissen Interiors & Exhibitions announced today the acquisition of Nuance International, an exhibit and interiors design and project management firm in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Gielissen, based in the Netherlands for nearly 75 years, is one of the largest interior and exhibition companies in the world. With this most recent acquisition, Gielissen now has eleven locations worldwide.
Now as part of Gielissen Worldwide, Nuance International customers will have the convenience of the US-based team, and direct connection to the over 350 employees and nearly one million square feet of production space for the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibits and interiors throughout Europe and in the Middle East.
According to Bart Wigman, CEO of Gielissen, "This was the logical next step to serving the global needs of our clients. By adding the experienced team of Nuance International to our organization, we now can better serve the needs of (our) customers, especially those based in the USA."
Jeff Hannah, President of Nuance International, agreed that this was a natural transition as the two companies have enjoyed a longstanding relationship.
