You report what is needed; we manage the alignment with the venue and suppliers. On the floor, this includes:

You only need to report a change once, and the team will manage its execution with the venue and suppliers.


Preparation starts months earlier
Errors easily slip in when exhibitors order via email or Excel. At PLMA, however, exhibitors arrange their stands and services through a stand configurator. They also use this system to order items such as electricity, furniture, and AV equipment. As a result, everything goes directly into a single plan, which reduces the administrative pressure on the organizing team. At the organizer’s request, insight into orders and requirements can be provided.

Although exhibitors want their own branding, an exhibition floor must look consistent. At PLMA, we combine 9,200 square meters of shell scheme construction with nearly 60 unique custom stands. Within this framework, the exhibition infrastructure remains predictable, and exhibitors can customize their stands to fit their brand.
