Bring ideas to life in the world of exhibitions and tradeshows. As a Project Manager at Gielissen, you make sure every project runs smoothly – from budget and planning to flawless delivery on site. With your organizational talent and sharp eye for detail, you’re the link between clients, vendors, and our in-house experts.

What will you do?
As Project Manager, you take ownership of the entire production phase. From site surveys to final handover, you keep projects on track, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Every day is different. One day you’re preparing drawings and vendor orders, the next you’re leading kick-off meetings or monitoring progress on the show floor.
You collaborate closely with Account Managers, Traveling Supervisors, and vendors, while always keeping the client in the loop. Whether it’s reviewing budgets, managing orders, or troubleshooting on site, you know how to keep all moving parts aligned. And after the show? You support debriefs, review costs, and look ahead to improvements for next time.
Along the way, you’ll manage projects for leading international brands – clients like GE Healthcare, Marriott, and Rosewood. These projects span diverse industries, from healthcare and hospitality to technology and beyond, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise and portfolio.
