In practice
For Hilton DoubleTree in Amsterdam we proactively built a sample room, even before the official award, to spot teething problems and prevent issues later on. We ran a decibel test right away to measure noise levels during construction. That was crucial, because the hotel stayed open during the works.
The final 5%
We leave nothing behind. Throughout the project we check everything step by step with our own snagging system. That makes handover a completed step, not a sprint to catch up. One everyone stands behind.
